Steps to make order from Wall Deco Master / Deco Master

When a buyer has made a transaction with Wall Deco Master / Deco Master, it means that he or she has agreed to the above terms and conditions.

Step1 : Select your items ( with code and price )

Step2 : E-mail to us your details with the following format
1. Full Name ( As I/C or passport )
2. Display name on facebook
3. Contact No : ( Mobile phone ) & ( House / Office )
4. Delivery Address : ( House / Office)
5. Item Code
6. Method of receiving the order: COD / Post (Pos Laju)
7. If COD, please state COD location.

Step 3 : Please wait for Wall DecoMaster/ Deco Master to return back a reply via email for item confirmation, payment method and the delivery charges.

Step 4 : Please make payment to Alliance Bank / Maybank.

Step 5 : Please SMS to inform Mandy on mobile phone +6019-389 8327 with the Name of the Bank and details of the bank in slip, time & the total amount of payment.

About Pre- Order

Steps for Pre-order

1. Receive Payment from buyer.

2. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master will make order from Korea supplier.

3. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master will send out your parcel in the next day after receiving stock from Korea.

4. Buyer will receive parcel in one to three days by Pos Laju.

5. Please inform us that buyer has received the parcel. We do welcome any comments from buyers as that will make us to provide a much better service to the next customers.




Notes about pre-order

1. Buyer can make pre-order anytime

2. Every Monday, transfer of money will be made to Korea. So if there is any order you would like to make, please do so and make sure the full payment to be banked in before Friday.

3. The total orders taken from customers must be more than 7 or 8 pieces before we make any preorders with our supplier in Korea. Orders less than 7 or 8 will just have to wait until it gets to that number (7 or 8).

4. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master will receive item 2-3 weeks after order is made if there is no error in transaction.

For pre-order items

Products will be sent if stock is available, while if stock is unavailable this will be taking 2~3 weeks after pre-order is made. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Information

1. We are not responsible for any damages or lost caused during shipping.
2. Postage will only be sent every week unless special order is made requested by customers.
3. We are only responsible to send out parcels with a tracking number on the parcel to you. Once the parcels are sent out, we are not entitled to any responsibility about the parcel, either being lost or damaged due to shipping, or any other form of misfortune.
4. Parcels are needed to be collected by your representative signature, please be informed that if there is no signature, the parcels will be sent to the nearest Post Office and you will be informed by receiving a notice.
5. If the parcels were returned to us, you have to pay the shipping fees again. Please collect parcels as soon as possible.

With regards to the above prices indicated for West Malaysia and East Malaysia, these charges are inclusive of a 10% fuel charge, 10% handling charge, 5% GST which is charged by Pos Malaysia, and parcel boxes. For oversea buyers, please drop us a message to check up the postage charge with us which is based on weight and country.

We offer First come First serve basis. Unpaid items will only be reserved for a maximum of 2 days. To secure reserved item, 100% payment has to be made.

1. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master’s products are completely made from Korea .

2. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master will not entertain any negotiation of prices. Every item will be priced accurately. All goods sold are non- refundable or non- exchangeable. No change of orders is allowed after transactions are made.

3. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master provides photo images and sizes of products for buyers to get their inspired creative ideas and apply them in any way you like. Please notice the size and design when you applying them.

4. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master’s photo images are provided by suppliers, please understand that there will be a slight difference between the product image due to camera resolution and effect and the actual product but our Wall Deco Master / Deco Master surely provides good quality to buyers.

5. Wall Deco Master / Deco Master provides many types of Korean wall point stickers. Before you make your order, please double check with us whether the stock you want is available or not.

6. All photos are taken professionally with time and effort; therefore we appreciate that no one would attempt to grab them without permission.
